LQSG-150, LQSG Series Quick Opening Sight Glasses with Light
The special features of this Papailias light/sight glass combination, Series LQSG, are the quick release handle mechanism and hinge assembly. When the handle is released, the sight glass may be pivoted off the lower flange, offering unobstructed easy access to the interior of a vessel for sampling, cleaning or maintenance work.
Series LQSG Sight glasses are ideally suited wherever samples must be taken during a process which is being carried out at low pressure or under vacuum conditions.

Additional Description
- Weld pad flange constructed of carbon steel and stainless steel are standard. Virtually any machinable alloy can be specified to meet user requirements.
- Lower sight glass flange constructed from aluminum casting.
- Sight glasses are rated standard for 7 PSIG (0.5 Barg) pressure at 300 ºF (149 ºC) temperature
- Standard sight glass lens and o-ring seals are tempered soda lime and neoprene respectively. Other lens and seal materials are available.
- High intensity 120 V/100 W halogen lamp provides bright illumination.
- Built-in momentary on/off switch for energy savings and increased lamp life.
